Terry graduated from the University of Idaho in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture. He began his career with Clemens Associates in Ketchum, Idaho shortly after graduating from college and working full time until 2010. He continues to consult and work with Rob and Doug on a variety of projects as well as utilizing them as a resource for projects within Southern Idaho and the Treasure Valley.

Terry has targeted his focus on building his firm in Boise and has developed a team to help facilitate his design process. His team, along with the team from Clemens Associates allows him to work on a variety of landscape architecture projects that vary from large scale multi-family and commercial projects down to smaller scale residential projects. He is intimately involved with landscape design, planning and construction supervision projects in the Boise area as well as the Wood River Valley.

His skills include Landscape Site Planning and Design, Grading and Drainage, Plant Design, Construction Documentation and Supervision, and Traditional as well as Computer Aided Graphic Communication. Terry is a registered Landscape Architect in the State of Idaho LA-265, CLARB certified (Council Record #35479), and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.

Richard graduated from the University of California Northridge in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography. He began his career in the green industry with Boething Treeland Farms, becoming very proficient in plant identification and practical application in landscape design.  He worked with landscape architects, general contractors, cities, and landscape contractors assisting with plant selection and design development.  Enjoying the aspects of design, he decided to pursue a second degree in Landscape Architecture through the UC Berkeley Landscape Architecture program.  He worked under Thomas Klope Associates for 5 years working on custom home projects in Northern California Bay Areas;  Atherton, Palo Alto, Los Altos Hills, Stanford, and Menlo Park. Richard continued designing in Napa Valley on residential projects primarily working with design build general contractors for 15 years.

 

Richard joined the TTKLA team bringing his experience and skills to help with design, production, marketing, and client relations.     

 

His skills include plant identification and physiology, plant design, grading and drainage, construction documentation and site observation, marketing and traditional as well as computer aided design.

Madison graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle in 2012 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. With his experience as a Visual Data Specialist at Google and a freelance artist, he makes a great addition to the TTKLA firm as the Production Artist.

​

He is taking on graphic design and drafting responsibilities. His skills include: 3D modeling, Texturing, UV Unwrapping, and Graphic Design. His program knowledge includes Maya, Zbrush, SketchUp, Unity 3D, Lumion, LumenRT, Headus UV, CrazyBump, Photoshop, Flash, and AutoCAD.

Madison plays an important role, meeting the demand for 3D graphics and animations, which have become the forefront of the landscape architecture industry.

Crystal recently joined our team as Office Manager, bringing with her experience of accounting , office management, and administrative support experience in both construction and design industries.

​

Although Crystal is a licensed Cosmetologist and Esthetician, her true passion lies in the office setting working as an administrative Assistant. Crystal's accounting and administrative support knowledge and experience have paved a path into the role she leads on our firm. 

​

Crystal's eye for detail and professionalism help ensure the business operates smoothly and efficiently.

Rob began working with Clemens Associates as an intern in 1988 and is now Principal and Owner of Landwork Studio LLC. Rob and Terry have worked closely with one another since Terry created TTKLA.

​

Rob received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Deign from the University of Colorado in 1986, where he was first introduced to the field of Landscape Architecture. He found he could best pursue and integrate his interests and passions in the natural environment with that of the built environment and arts. 

​

He received his Master of Landscape Architecture from Utah State University in 1992. He became licensed as a Registered Landscape Architect in the State of Idaho in 1994. 

​

In the Ketchum area, Rob serves on local design review committees and is committed to helping establish and maintain an aesthetic and vibrant community.
